We are a cozy, community-oriented wellness spa in Ashland, VA. We are here to provide results driven, therapeutic care or relaxing, rejuvenating treatments tailored to your needs. Our mission expands beyond services to strengthen local color by developing a peaceful, non-judgemental third space with wellness resources (Refreshments, books, magazines, art supplies, with more to come!) to enjoy before/after appointments, by making treatments affordable and accessible as part of a self-care routine and not as an occasional luxury, and by forming partnerships with neighboring small businesses to strengthen regional economic interconnectedness.
We are by appointment only, and in lieu of a traditional front desk, we have a comfy lounge with refreshments for you to enjoy while you wait for your service provider.
We offer therapeutic massage, facials, waxing, body treatments, a halotherapy salt cave, an infrared sauna, and a red light therapy bed.

Do you have memberships?
Yes! We center our model around affordable memberships featuring a 1 hour massage OR facial plus 45 min. in the sauna OR red light bed for only $85 monthly, making it easy to have a serious self care day at least once a month. 3 month commitment, 30 days written cancellation notice. Can I walk in or should I book in advance?
By appointment only. Instead of a traditional front desk, we have an open lounge with coffee, tea, water, and snacks for our clients to relax in until the service provider retrieves them for their appointment.
